Once you've made the decision to outsource to a virtual assistant, you can book online and pre-pay for your hours-based package, or I can provide you with a quote for a tailor-made package. At the time of booking, you will also schedule your free 30-minute discovery Zoom meeting, where we will discuss your needs in more detail. Within seven days you will then receive my welcome pack, service agreement, proposal and request for information Google form. Once all documentation is received, your services will then commence on a mutually agreed date.
All virtual assistant services are provided remotely and online, with regular virtual catch-ups via Zoom video conferencing, over the phone, and by email.

I'm Marcie and I'm the friendly face and name behind Tick Tock South.
I created my virtual assistant business during the Level 2 lockdown in New Zealand after seeing an opportunity to assist local businesses to adapt to a new way of thinking about "traditional recruitment" by outsourcing their administrative needs to a professional (and local) virtual assistant - so I can still offer that often important face-to-face contact with my clients, which is I think is important to us friendly Southlanders!
Behind the scenes I'm a proud and busy mum and wife, who enjoys camping, cooking, watching movies, and generally hanging out with my boys. The freedom of having the ability to offer remote freelance services fits perfectly around my home life, allowing me to achieve a work/life balance that worked for my family.
For the last 30 years, I've been honing my "super-skills" working in large corporate environments within various industries including events, arts and entertainment, tourism, beauty therapy, hospitality, finance, and law.
